    Hello,

    I purchased content AI credits, and most of them have disappeared from my website beenamed.com. This happened after my Pro subscription expired.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once done, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Hi,

    I disconnected and reconnected my RankMath account, but the credit count on my website is still incorrect. Only 7 credits are showing on my site.

    I generated a temporary login with the plugin you mentioned and added the login link to the sensitive data section.

    Hello,

    I can check that you have used 48 credits from the 55 credits assigned to your account and 47 of those are used on the beenamed.com.

    That’s why you only have 7 credits available to use on your site. If the beenamed.com site was connected to some other account before then please share the email address of that account so we can merge the accounts to fix the issue.

    I know for certain that I haven’t used that many credits yet. I purchased 50 AI content credits on February 17th, 2023. I’ve only published 18 posts on beenamed.com after that, and I didn’t even use content credits for all of them. I used one credit on another website. The credits somehow disappeared after my RankMath Pro subscription ended.
