This seems to be a conflict with the permalink manager plugin. It seems like you are using an older version of the permalink manager plugin. Please update it to the latest version as they have fixed this conflict in the recent version of their plugin.
If the issue persists even after updating the permalink manager to the latest version, then please clear your site & browser’s cache and check again.
