    Hi team,

    currently on free version. However i have just purchased credits, but in website it is showing still 0 credits.
    How can I use?

    See attached screenshots of purchase confirmation & website showing 0 credits even after i have refreshed.

    Thanks for contacting us about this issue. I’m sorry to hear that you’re not seeing your Content AI credits on your website.

    I noticed that you didn’t attach any of the screenshots you mentioned. It would be helpful if you could send us some screenshots of your purchase confirmation and your website dashboard. You can use imgur.com/upload to upload your screenshots and share the links with us.

    In the meantime, you can try these steps to see if they resolve the issue:

    • Make sure you are logged in to the same Rank Math account that you used to buy the Content AI credits. You can verify your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
    • On that page, you should see the correct number of credits left for your Content AI. This is how it should look like:
    • If the credits are correct on that page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. Here are some screenshots to guide you: and
    • After that, go to your Content AI page and click the Refresh button to update the credits count. This will sync your website with our server and show you the correct number of credits. This is how you can do it:
