Split: sitemap page is not showing

    Hi,

    I’m facing the same issue with HTML sitemap: it’s not shown when using the short code, and if I want to add it to page, I cannot find my page. Actually, all the pages are not detected in the search field.

    I check the site health guide and troubleshooted, here is what happened:
    – I tried only theme twenty-one and rankmath => can’t find page and shortcode didn’t work
    – I tried only theme twenty-three and rankmath => can’t find page but shortcode worked
    – I got back to the blocksy child theme and for some reason the shortcode worked, but page selection didn’t work
    – page selection didn’t work in all tests

    Do you have any updates on this issue?

    I’m using Blocksy theme version 1.8.90, with Stackable version 3.8.2, and of course using the latest version of Rankmath at the moment which is 1.0.116.

    I’m using Nginx and I already can see the XML sitemap correctly.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I have separated your concern into a new ticket so we can assist you accordingly.

    We have received a similar case recently about the pages not showing in the HTML sitemap option. Please check if it’s the same case happening on your site for troubleshooting.

    When choosing a page in the HTML sitemap option, open the browser console and check if there’s any error 400 which could show like this:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rank_math_search_pages&term=about&security=c4918b92b9

    If so, please check with your host if there is a firewall or other security setting blocking the dynamic retrieval of pages for assigning to the sitemap.

    You can also ask them if the ModSecurity (ModSec) is enabled or if it’s blocking any process of Rank Math.
