I’m sorry for the trouble you’re having with the news sitemaps. We know about this issue and we’ve already fixed it in our latest beta version of the plugin. However, this version is not yet officially released.
If you want to try the beta version, you can follow this guide to install it: https://rankmath.com/kb/version-control/#beta-updates. Then, you need to clear your news sitemap cache by following this guide: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp. After that, you can check your news sitemap in a private or incognito browser and see if it works.
If you don’t want to use the beta version on your live site, you can still fix the issue temporarily by adding a filter to your site. This filter will remove the sitemap credit that is causing the problem. Here’s the code you need to add:

* Filter to remove sitemap credit.
*
* @param boolean Defaults to false.
*/
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/remove_credit', '__return_true');
