If you don’t have your FTP credentials, you can ask your hosting provider to give them to you. They usually include a hostname, a username, a password, and a port number.
Once you have your FTP credentials, please follow these steps to share them with us securely:
- Go back to the first post on this ticket and click the “Edit” button.
- Scroll down to the “Sensitive Data” section. This is a private section that only our support team can see.
- Enter your FTP login details in the text area.
- Click the “Update” button to save your changes.
Please make sure you take a full backup of your site before sharing your details with us, just in case something goes wrong.
