Cannot select page for HTML Sitemap

On the other hand, the page option in the HTML sitemap seems to be working fine on our test install by typing 2 letters of the page

In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Hello,

I’ve checked your website, and the function to dynamically retrieve page titles is being blocked on your Rank Math settings page. Specifically, this request is receiving an error 400:

https://staging.natureinfocus.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=rank_math_search_pages&term=about&security=c4918b92b9

In this case, please check with your host if there is a firewall or other security setting blocking the dynamic retrieval of pages for assigning to the sitemap.

You can also ask them if the ModSecurity (ModSec) is enabled or if it’s blocking any process of Rank Math.
