Meanwhile, try reinstalling the plugin on your site for additional troubleshooting.

Currently, there’s only one administrator on the website and the user credentials you shared with us are not for an administrator.
Please make sure that you update those so we can check the issue in more detail and advise further.
You can clearly see that there’s only one administrator by going to WordPress Dashboard > Users and clicking the “Administrator” link at the top.
