Conflict with Woocommerce – Analytics Stock Report Download

    I have narrowed down a problem with my Woocommerce website to a conflict with Rank Math SEO free plugin

    Woocommerce’s Analytics > Stock > Download button fails when Rank Math SEO is active, and works fine when the plugin is disabled. When clicking the link is says “Report will be emailed to you” and the email never shows up, even though the CSV is created under the woocommerce uploads content folder. Email logging does not show the email going out, and all other reports I tested still worked fine with the latest Rank Math enabled, both for the ones that download in the browser, and those that get emailed to me.

    This report worked about a month ago so I rolled the plugin back to 1.0.112 which also fixes the problem, but 1.0.115 does not.

    Could you please share the error log when Rank Math is activated and click again the download button so we can determine the root cause of it? Having an error log will help us determine what is the root cause of the error.

    Once done, please share here the report related to Rank Math so we can check.

    Hello,

    The error doesn’t seem to mention anything about Rank Math.

    Assuming that you have set up our Analytics module, can you please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and turn off the option to send the Email Reports? Please see the screenshot for reference below. This will allow us to test if Rank Math’s email sender isn’t conflicting with Woocommerce Analytics stock report.
