The internal links are counted in your posts where the latest posts section below being add in the wp-block-latest-posts as mentioned in your previous ticket.
Since those links are in your content area, then the internal links count will also consider them.

Upon checking your posts, it seems that we are able to see the link count when we save or update the post (without changing anything).
Can you please confirm if you have imported all your content from a different source?
For now, you can open the post editor and save them to reveal the link count.
