Unable to get Rankmath SEO Meta visible even with Add SEO Controls

    Dear Rank Math

    I’m writing to you because I’m unable to see Rank Math SEO Meta box.

    Initially, I tried your instructions here: https://rankmath.com/kb/why-rank-math-meta-box-is-not-showing/

    They didn’t work because Add SEO Controls button was missing.

    After restarting the setup wizard and this time with the Advanced option, the Add SEO Controls button appeared but does not have the intended effect: The Rank Math Meta box is not showing.

    I also tried opening the Screen elements setting but it’s not even there.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), this could be caused by conflicting plugins/theme on your site.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
