Error when setting up Rank Math

Hello,
I have a relatively fresh wordpress installation and have installed Rank Math as one of the first plugsins.

Immediately after activating the plugin I got a white screen. This could be corrected by reloading the website.
However, is received serious errors (without eMail on the part of WordPress) during the setup of Rank Math.

The debug mode gave the following message:

Unfortunately, I am still a beginner in WordPress and cannot interpret the error.

There were no error messages before activating Rank Math.
