On 5/11/23, I bought additional AI credits for our Rank Math app. The credit card we have on file with you is under our owner’s name, Steven Schmidt. The last 4 digits of the card are in the sensitive area below.
Today I was editing a blog, and AI is blocked because it says I need more credits. It appears the credits that I purchased did not get applied.
