Subscription and log-on details

    Hi,

    I have got the RankMath Agency plug-in installed on my website http://www.diggbox.no. It appears that agency/freelancer from the Ukraine who installed it have used their license, account and log-in details to do so. They do not work for my company any more and are impossible to contact to get access details. Now I have not got the log-in details in order to be able to connect Rankmath to Google Analytics 4 on my website.

    I wonder if it would be possible to set up a new license/subscription for http://www.diggbox.no and transfer all the data (key words, SE0 titles and metadescriptions etc.) which has already been put into Rankmath without losing it? I am thinking about PRO or Business subscription.

    I would appreciate your guidance in how to resolve this situation best and not to lose the data from the current Rankmath account connected to http://www.diggbox.no.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us and sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    You can go ahead and purchase a new subscription from our website. Once done, please make sure that you are logged in to your new account and then navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & connect your Rank Math account to activate the subscription.

    You will not lose any data or the current setup due to this. Once done, please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and reconnect your Google account to connect your GA4 property and start a new data fetch.
