Content AI problem

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps carefully:

• First, ensure you are logged in to the same account you used to purchase the Content AI credits. You can check your account details here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/
• On this page, you should see the correct number of remaining credits for your Content AI. Here is an example of how it looks:
• If the number of credits is correct on this page, but not on your website, you need to disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account on your WordPress dashboard. To do that, go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the Disconnect button. Then, click the Connect button to reconnect your account. See these screenshots for reference: and
• Finally, go to your Content AI page and refresh the credits count by clicking the Refresh button. This will sync your website with our server and show you the updated number of credits. Here is how to do it:

We have checked your account further. The credits you bought in February 27, 2022 have already expired in February 27, 2023 because our Content AI credits come with 1-year validity.

As mentioned on FAQs section here https://rankmath.com/content-ai/ under “Are the credits valid for a lifetime?”, unused credits expire after one year, and upon renewal, you get a new amount.

We can confirm currently you’ve available credits on your account. In this case, please make sure that you’re logged into the correct account on your website. After that, please try to clear Rank Math Transients by heading over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove Rank Math Transients.

Once done, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
