Please note that our Table of Contents feature was introduced on Rank Math version 1.0.104. But the Rank Math free plugin you’re currently using is very backdated and it doesn’t have the Table of Contents feature. You can check our changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog
However, as you’ve mentioned you’re using Rank Math PRO plugin, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?

As my colleague already explained, you need to update Rank Math to use the Table of Content feature. We always try to keep Rank Math up to date with the latest bug fixes and security improvements, so it’s a good idea to use the newest version available.
Can you please tell us what PHP version you have on your site that is not compatible with Rank Math? Also, we can merge your PRO account with your Free account if you want, so you don’t have to remember two different logins.
