Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked the page, and indeed it is not redirecting.
For initial troubleshooting, please ensure that the redirects are created on the first site/source ( https://webmetools.com/)
Then, please confirm if you have setup the redirect like this:
Source: blog/digital-marketing-laptops
Destination URL: https://dealsdekho.com/products/best-digital-marketing-laptops
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
Hi
I have added the correct details.
Here you can see – https://imgur.com/a/vjILWKX
Can you share what else stopping this redirect?
Hello,
The redirection you’ve added should work. But as it is not working, please head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, and hit the “Save Changes” button (without making any changes).
Once done, clear your website cache including any server-level cache, and see if that fixes the issue.
If the issue still persists, please follow this guide to troubleshoot the issue further: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
To troubleshoot the issue of redirection not working properly, consider the following server-side aspects:
1) Check the .htaccess file for correct redirect rules.
2) Verify that the server configuration allows redirects (enable mod_rewrite for Apache servers).
3) Ensure the syntax of redirect rules is accurate (301 for permanent, 302 for temporary).
4) Update and check the compatibility of any redirect management plugins or modules.
5) Clear the cache if using caching mechanisms.
6) Examine server logs for error messages or related issues.
7) Confirm that SSL certificates are properly configured for redirects.
Note that the specific steps may vary based on your server setup and the tools used. Consult relevant documentation or support for more guidance.
Hello,
Thank you @rachel-casey for the valuable input. Hopefully it helps resolve the issue.
Thank you.
I tried this but after this still redirects are not working.
Thank you so much Rachel,
For this helpful information, I am contacting to my hosting provider for server side help.
Hello,
If the redirection is still not working then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Yes, the issue is still not solved.
The hosting team also said, contact to your plugin team.
Sharing more details in the sensitive data.
Hello,
I’ve tried again the first link you shared, and it seems to be redirecting fine now.

Could you please confirm if it’s still not getting redirected on your end? Or if you have already managed to fix the redirect?
You can try clearing your website and browser’s cache as well.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
It is redirecting because now I have added this redirection in the .htaccess
file.
Still new Rank Math redirecs are not working.
Even I notice, sitemaps are also not working.
Sitemap URLs are redirecting to the website home page.
Sitemaps are working after disabling some function in Rank Math dashboard.
Hello,
The issue is due to a plugin conflict with the plugin called “Permalink Manager Lite”. If you open the video screencast I shared in the sensitive data section, you should see that disabling the said plugin will make the redirection rule work.
I suggest checking this one with the support folks from “Permalink Manager Lite” as their permalink modification causes our redirection to not work.
Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
