Hello,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Twenty Twenty Three is a minimalist theme by WordPress community. It’s completely built on the idea of creating page template via editor which you can find at Appearance > Editor and then click on Templates. It’s based on Gutenberg editor. Earlier to WordPress 6.2.1, you could have used the shortcode [rank_math_breadcrumb]
. But with the latest version, WordPress has removed the capability of using shortcodes in the template editor.
Hence, due to these situation, we have only 2 options on how you can do that:
1. Add the shortcode “[rank_math_breadcrumb]” to every page / post you build on the editor.
2. Add this function in functions.php to be able to add the ability to use shortcode within the editor: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/58333#comment:7
You can read more about it here: https://wptavern.com/wordpress-6-2-1-update-breaks-shortcode-support-in-block-templates
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Thank you
Thank you!
I’m able to resolve the issue by adding the shortcode to a Template block, and put that template block to the “Single” Template as a workaround.
