XML Sitemap is Empty

    So, RankMath was working perfectly to generate my XML sitemap until just recently. (https://improvesongwriting.com/sitemap_index.xml)

    I decided to add display ads to my website, ImproveSongwriting.com, and now I’ve had issues getting Google to index my site.

    First, there was a 404 error with the sitemap. I fixed that, but now it’s saying that the sitemap is empty, even though it’s not when I go and view it.

    I recently switched from using W3 Total Cache to Ezoic Leap, so maybe that’s a factor? If it’s because of a caching issue, can you tell me where I need to add code or what I should do make sure the sitemap isn’t cached when Google goes to read it?

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    We’ve checked your sitemap and we can see that it is working properly without any issues. However, if you’re facing the issue on GSC then please follow the steps below and see if that works for you:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    Once done, clear your website cache and resubmit the /sitemap_index.xml in the Search Console.
