Meta Description Disappears on Post Update

Whitelisting the route should fix the issue.

In this case, please check if there’s a conflicting plugin/theme with Rank Math that could prevent saving the data.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), to determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
