Meanwhile, here are the steps to be followed when adding a new website to your Business Account:
1. Ensure that you are logged in to your paid account to download the latest Rank Math PRO version

2. Install and Activate Rank Math PRO
Head over to WordPress Dashboard> Plugins> Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose File > Install Now > Activate
2. Disconnect and reconnect your account from inside WordPress:
WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.
You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.
You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

Thank you for this – that is working perfectly now on the correct account. One more thing, I am getting an error in my content due to not using a table of contents plugin. I am trying to add these to a ‘post’ within woocommerce/wordpress but I cannot see the option. I found a video on the support website that showed it should be just a matter of installing a block onto the page but that option isn’t appearing. Have you got any ideas what might cause that?

Our TOC block is only available in the block editor. If you are using the classic editor then you will have to use a TOC plugin to add the table of contents to your posts. https://rankmath.com/compatibility/?s=table+of+content&post_type=rm_compatible
If you are using the block editor, please share some screenshots using a tool like https://imgur.com/ so we can check further.

Are you currently using a page builder? If yes, I’m sorry to inform you that, this feature to add TOC using a block is only available in Gutenberg. There’s no way to use this feature from our plugin in other page builders/editors including the classic editor. Here’s the article about the topic: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-block/
If you do not use the block editor, you may try one of the other plugins listed in the following article to add a table of contents to your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents/

Ah ok! I am not sure what I am using to be honest. I am assuming it’s not the block editor as I can’t see the options. Do you know how to use the block editor instead of what I am using? I think i am using a page building plugin!

To be honest I am not sure! I have a page builder that shows in the ‘Pages’ when I go to add or edit pages, but when it comes to posts – there is nothing. See here > https://ibb.co/mcdbXqX
When i go to a page I have an option to change to Gutenberg editor but this doesn’t appear in ‘Posts’
