I upgraded my account to Pro

    For some reason, I am unable to access PRO features even though my account should be upgraded to PRO. I used PayPal and have the transaction ID here.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your account, and it seems that the Business subscription is already applied. You’ll also notice that the Business badge is already showing on your account details.

    You can now download the Rank Math PRO plugin from your account’s dashboard. Here’s a link for more information:

    If it’s still not showing on your account, please log in using a different browser or try clearing your browser’s cache.
