Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Global Meta and from there disable the Noindex Empty Category and Tag Archives option: https://rankmath.com/kb/titles-and-meta/#noindex-empty-category-and-tag-archives
Please note that some options are only available in Advance Mode. If you are not able to find this option, please try to switch to Advance Mode: https://rankmath.com/kb/advanced-mode/

I have made the change but product category is still set as noindex (<meta name=”robots” content=”follow, noindex”>)

Thanks for getting back to us.
We suggest you check if you have accidentally set your product categories to no-index.
To do this, please go to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Product Categories. There, you will see an option called “Category Archives Robots Meta”. Enable it and make sure it is set to index.
If this does not solve the problem, please share with us the URL of some of the product categories that are not indexed. We will take a look and see what might be causing the issue.

As the settings in Titles & Meta is set to index. Would you please check the specific categories, if it’s set to noindex there?

Hi agian!
I found the problem. I deactivate Search & Filter Pro plugin and now pages is now set to Index. What I activate the plugin again page category pages back to noindex.
Do you know why?

Thank you for the update. We also checked your staging site and found that the Search & Filter Pro plugin is conflicting with Rank Math and this plugin is overriding the robots meta.
As the issue is coming from that plugin we suggest you to get in touch with this plugin support in order to resolve the issue.
