Thank you for sharing the error message. There is a duplicate installation of https://rankmath.com/Please open your website folders using your hosting file manager or FTP and delete the folder /public_html/wp-content/plugins/seo-by-rank-math-dis/. After that, you should be able to activate Rank Math.

Back to the issue, currently, two Rank Math free plugin is installed on your website.
Please delete the second copy manually by accessing your FTP or in your CPanel’s file manager. You should be able to find the folder “seo-by-rank-math-dis” under your public_html > wp-content > plugins.

You need to keep both, Rank Math SEO and Rank Math SEO PRO for the PRO features to work.
However, you do not have to keep two identical Rank Math SEO plugins as my colleague suggested.
If you look closesly at the shared screenshot you will be able to see that you have Rank Math SEO which is active and again another Rank Math SEO which is inactive.
Please delete any of the two manually and keep the one and only Rank Math SEO in active state and Rank Math SEO PRO in active state as well as it is.
To delete the duplicate copy Rank Math SEO manually you need to access your FTP or in your CPanel’s file manager.
You should be able to find the folder “seo-by-rank-math-dis” under your public_html > wp-content > plugins.
Once again, since you are using the Rank Math PRO plugin on your website, but the account you have used to open this ticket is the Rank Math free version.
