title and description settings are not being saved

    Hello there,
    On this site https://boucherie-specht.fr, I’m using an updated WP installation with the Jupiter theme, which uses the WP Backery page builder.

    It seems that the Rank Math Plugin unfortunately does not save the settings on WordPress after editing and updating the pages.
    I’ve read several of your topics on how to address this issue : I have looked on the debuglog files and used the debugscript to see if something was wrong with a JavaScript asset, but I cannot find anything. I’ve also checked if some routes were blocked but couldn’t find anything too.
    Also, I’ve deactivated and even deinstalled the WordFence plugin.

    As I’m not very familiar with using these tools, maybe you can help me with finding what goes wrong.

    I’m giving you my personal IDs in the sensitive data section, so you can access the backend.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    While saving the meta data I’m getting https://yourdomain.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403 error. It normally means that the firewall is blocking the route. When I tried to do the GET request it throws 404 error which is correct.

    Please contact your hosting provider to get the actual Nginx or Apache error logs to be able to see what the server is encountering when the POST submission is done on the website.

    Hi Sandeepan,

    Sorry for the delayed answer, I’ve been quite busy last week.
    Thank you very much for your accurate answer. It was indeed a server-side WAF at my hosting provider that prevented the request from being accepted. It was disabled and the plugin works perfectly fine now.
