Hello rankmath, please let me know if my website still supports all url versions or if it is okay now.
-
Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
I have tested your URL and it looks like you are correctly redirecting your HTTP version to the HTTPS version, but the www and non-www versions are both still live. Ideally, you want only one version live and the rest redirecting to that version. See https://i.rankmath.com/i/8YRtRE
Your next step would be to redirect the www version of your site to the non-www version and we have a detailed guide on how to do that here: https://rankmath.com/kb/how-to-redirect-www-urls-to-non-www/
Let me know if you need additional help.
After i have fixed that will there be anything else i should do to make sure my website is okay?
I am asking this because this problem has made my website to have no traffic.Hello,
Your sitemap and robots.txt are fine, and your site’s already set to index.
After fixing the redirects on your site, you should see the coverage section report of your Google Search Console if there are any issues reported on your URLs that prevent them from being indexed.
Here’s a link you can follow as well:
https://support.artlogic.net/hc/en-gb/articles/360016851260-Google-Search-Console-errors-and-coverage-issuesHope that helps.
Thank you.
Okay thanks, please check if I have fixed the www and non www versions successfully.
Hello,
I’ve checked your sitemaps, and they are still not redirecting to the final version. Please refer to the screenshot attached in the sensitive data section.
You can get in touch with your web host for assistance applying the redirects on your site as they are in a better position for that.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello, I reached out to my hosting. Please check if they redirected the www version to non www
Hello,
Thank you for the update, but I’m afraid, the www version of your sitemap is still not redirecting to the non-www version.
I can help take a look at your
.htaccess
file to see if we can solve this from your WordPress installation rather than waiting on your hosting provider. To do this, I’ll need temporal logins to your WordPress and FTP. Please follow these steps:
- Edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress and FTP logins in the Sensitive Data section. This is a secure section that only our support staff can access. See: https://i.rankmath.com/i/nfvfTa
- Make sure you take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
- If you prefer, you can use this plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
- You can also use this plugin to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any): https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We appreciate your cooperation and patience. Thank you for choosing Rank Math.
Hello,

Hello,
