Please remove all your submitted sitemaps and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml:

Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your sitemaps under the validation date column.

I can check that some of the URLs you have shared are already indexed:

So Google is not having any issues in indexing your site. However, it can take some time for Google to crawl the newly published articles and index them based on the crawl budget they have assigned to your site. It isn’t necessary that the indexing speed will always remain the same. Sometimes the posts can get indexed in a few minutes and sometimes it can take a few days. You should keep working on publishing quality content to improve the crawl frequency and indexing speed of your site.

You can also use the URL Inspection tool of your GSC account to check the current status of the URLs and confirm why they are not getting indexed.
