For example, the first line of the example you pasted in the sensitive area means that someone tried to access https://omnipremier.com/admin/login.php on May 2, 2023 at 15:19:10 using Chrome 100.0.4758.11 on Windows 10, but the page was not found.
You can fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website. You can use Rank Math’s redirection module to easily create and manage redirects for your site. You can learn how to do that here: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/
Alternatively, you can add the 404 errors to the exclusion list in Rank Math. This will prevent Rank Math from logging those errors in the future. You can do that by following these steps:
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor.
- Click on the Exclude Paths tab.
- Enter the paths (the part of the URL after your domain name) of the errors you want to exclude, one per line.
- Save your changes.

If you are seeing random 404s that you are sure are incorrect, it is likely that they are generated by bots. You can safely ignore them, as they don’t affect your site’s performance or ranking. However, if you want to block out access to bots, you can use a service like Cloudflare.
