The Meta Tag Manager is a plugin for easily adding meta tags to WordPress websites without the need to directly access the HTML code. It makes this task super easy.
A meta title describes the topic or heading of a particular web page. In HTML code, it’s written <title>. It is also referred to as the meta title.
However, there are other meta tags written differently. For example, <meta property="og:title" content="Explaining the meta tag"/>. This is an open graph meta tag, used by Facebook (and other social media platforms) to give proper form to the content shared from a website.
Rank Math is adding all of these tags already to your website and assuming you have followed this guide to migrate all data from Yoast to Rank Math, the tags you had before should still be available with Rank Math so you don’t have to install another plugin as it may cause duplication with meta tags, confusing both the search engines and any social platforms.
