$99.89 charge – but I don’t see our account upgraded

    Hello there, we have RankMath installed, and we were charged on 3 March $99.89 AUD. I’m looking at the plugin settings and we don’t have any upgrades activated.

    Can you please tell me what this payment related to? I need to reconcile it for our accounting.

    Hello – can you please tell me which email address was used? No one in my company seems to have done it, and we only have this installed in one website, and I’ve checked the website is currently not upgraded to any subscription.

    I do intend to upgrade later, but I’m not sure what’s going on with this account at the moment.

    I’m not sure what FastSpring.com is?

    Please share the last 4 digits of your credit card, so that we can locate the account from where the purchase was done.

    Rank Math doesn’t handle transactions directly, since we’ve partnered with FastSpring, a global full-service SaaS payments platform. Once you purchase anything from Rank Math, a receipt from FastSpring should be generated and sent to you.

    Hello – Thank you! I see it. I think the purchaser wasn’t aware of it’s use, and seems to not be linked to the plugin we currently have. Meaning that user isn’t an admin. How do I link that purchase to our staging server?

    Thank you for following up.

    To link your website with your Rank Math Pro account, you need to follow these simple steps:

    • Go to rankmath.com/my-account and download the Rank Math Pro plugin. Make sure that you are logged in with the same email address that you used to purchase Rank Math Pro.
    • Go to the website that you want to use Rank Math Pro features on and install & activate the Rank Math Pro plugin you just downloaded. Make sure to leave the free plugin activated.
    • Go to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help in your WordPress dashboard and click on the “Disconnect Account” button. This will unlink your website from the old Rank Math account.
    • Click on the “Connect” button and sign in with your Rank Math Pro account credentials. This will link your website with your Rank Math Pro account and enable all the premium features.
