Most of the location pages you have shared are showing 404 errors. Could you please confirm if that’s the case on your end?

Regarding the issue of updating them, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.
If you are using a Firewall, please whitelist this route:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
