Any SEO plugin won’t generate any spam backlinks. Moreover, the good thing is that they return a status 404. If it is international search spam then it is also good because the spammers are not able to index their not existing pages. So, I won’t worry too much about it.
There are few steps you can follow:
1. Find where those toxic links are coming from.
2. Email the domain owner about it.
3. Add disvow links
