SiteMap dont generated in root

    Hi, I have a problem with my rank math configuration.
    I use rank math free version on my site and all thing is ok but my rank math cant generate a sitemap file in my host root.
    this is rank math suggested link for the sitemap:
    https://torontocondohome.net/sitemap_index.xml

    and I get this error:
    This page contains the following errors:
    error on line 2 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document
    Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

    because I can’t find the sitemap_index.xml file in my root
    I checked all parameters such as theme and plugin conflicts or memory_limit in my WordPress and changed in rank math config or WordPress permalink settings but still, it doesn’t work.
    please suggest to me a way to solve this problem, this is very important and effective on my site.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please note that the sitemap generates on the fly in Rank Math, when you enable that module and that’s why you’ll not be able to find any physical sitemap file on your file manager.

    However, we’ve checked your sitemap, and seems like it is conflicting with your dsIDXpress plugin. If you check the source code of your sitemap then you’ll be able to find some extra lines getting added by this plugin which shouldn’t be on your sitemap.

    To ensure that, you can try to disable that plugin, and after that follow the steps below to clear the sitemap cache:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

    Once done, please check your sitemap again and see if that working or not.
