We’ve checked your site and seems that the image is coming from your header.
Please note that we have an Add missing ALT attributes feature for your images but it adds missing ALT attributes only for images added in post or page content, it will not do so for images used in headers, sidebars, footers, etc.
In this case, you may need to get in touch with your theme provider and ask them to add the ALT attribute to it.
