Having issue on indexing pages and post

From the last few months till now my post wont show index in google if u look up only shows some pages in google =.

I have published around 1400 post but only 16 post is indexed as per google search console .

If i look site: https://www.ritstele.com/ it wont shows many links , but it shows one link.

Let me know how to solve this issue.
