Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please confirm if you’re using a page builder on your site? If so, please share the name of the builder so we can check.
Also, please add the affected URL here (if already published) so we can also check the content.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Thank you, i think its the old pages that are on bakery. The elementor ones are actually working. SO the old pages, that i have not yet updated with Elementor.
Thank you
It does actually have the same error on Elementor too. It seems to work sometimes and sometimes not.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for providing additional information.
I tested out the website and also as you confirmed you have toggled ON the setting to add missing alt text with focus keyword and sitename. Rank Math adds the alt text on fly when the page is requested. We don’t make any changes to the media alt text. If you see the alt text in the media, if it’s blank it will still be blank. Now, as the alt text are added on frontend on fly, the SEO score in backend still doesn’t see the alt text, hence it fails.
You can test it out with one image in the backend by adding the alt text in media and the test will pass. However, there is nothing to be worried about as the SEO score is only for your reference and doesn’t affect the actual SEO performance of your post. Since the keyword is present in the ALT text, the search engines will be able to see that and you can ignore the test.
If you want to get the score for the test, you can use the following filter to disable it: https://rankmath.com/kb/disable-seo-content-tests/#keyword-in-image-alt
Here is how to add a filter to your site: https://rankmath.com/kb/wordpress-hooks-actions-filters/
Would you please share any page that’s build on Bakery as I checked few of the pages and most of them are in Elementor.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you
Ah ok thank you!
I will check this all out.
The blog posts are all still in bakery.
