I have a problem that I hope to solve. Most of my sites that I use the practical process tool in the site map have a general link in this form /index.php/sitemap_index.xml The search module succeeded, but it is not read successfully on the site. It remains 0 URL dĂ©couvertes . Will it be archived yet, or do all my sites have their own general site map on This format /?sitemap=1 will not be archived permanently?? Please solve this problem directly, I don’t want my experience with you to fail like this, thanks

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please share the affected URL so we can check? You can add it in the sensitive data section by editing your first post

    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.

Meanwhile, go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General, and make sure that the “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” have the same setup without /index.php

    match

Also, head over to your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and ensure that there’s no /index.php included in your site links.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    check Sensitive Data please, thanks

    Hello,

When I access your sitemap, it seems to load just fine and it is also validating fine.

Upon inspecting your sitemap further, not all the sitemap variations are showing a 200 (ok) status as you can see in my screenshot in the sensitive data section.

Please check this with your hosting provider to address the certificate issue of your domain.

After that, please follow the steps below:

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

    3. Remove all your sitemaps again from your Google Search Console and resubmit only the primary one (sitemap_index.xml).

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
