Bought With Different Email & Won’t Download

    Hi there,

    The plugin files won’t download, no matter how many times I click the yellow button.

    I’m also concerned because I had to buy it under a different email than what is registered with my wordpress account. Does this mean it won’t work? I didn’t know that until after watching the video on the confirmation page.

    If it won’t work, then I’ll need to cancel the subscription and get a refund.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math for help with downloading and installing Rank Math PRO on your website and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

    If the yellow download button isn’t working, you can go to “My account” > Dashboard > Product downloads and you can download the .zip file from there. Screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/v/YWnDcW

    If the download still doesn’t work, please try using a different browser app like Google Chrome or Firefox to download Rank Math PRO.
