Focus Keyword credits not showing or available

    Rank Math free

    I purchased 50 focus keywords and they show in my subscriptions but I am unable to see any credits available when I go to add a focus keyword

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits. If the Content AI credit count is correct in the Rank Math account but not on your website, then please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
