    When signing up for rankmath credits the wrong Website took the credits.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We see 450 credits in your account. It is the same one you are using to raise this ticket.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.

    Right, that’s the problem. It added to the wrong site. I didn’t want the credits going into my website attached to ****@gmail.com but rather in the website attached to the email ****@gmail.com. I thought the email was for billing purposes, being that it doesn’t specify during the purchase process.

    You can refresh the content AI credits on that other website following the instructions we shared to see them reflect correctly.

    With that said, do let us know if you would like us to merge both accounts so you can only have 1 account with us.
