Ensure that you have enabled advanced mode to see the Database Tools tab.
Then, click on the button āRecalculate Scoreā, and wait for it to process.

Unfortunately, our scope of support does not extend to chats, phone calls, or remote applications like AnyDesk or Zoom apps.
However, please check if you are using a Firewall as it may prevent saving the changes.

It seems like Rank Math REST Routes are getting blocked on your site by any Firewall or any security plugin. If you’re using any of them, please make sure that the following Rest Routes are whitelisted:
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateSchemas
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateRedirection
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/getFeaturedImageId
/wp-json/rankmath/v1/getHead
But if you’re not using any Firewalls then we suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure that these Rest Routes are not getting blocked.
Besides, you may share your site URL with us so that we can check this as well.
