you are perfect. I solved my problem with the first link. I put it in problem solving mode and activated the plugins one by one and the problem was solved. It doesn’t conflict with a plugin so why did I have this problem?

I am happy it helped you. There might be other causes for the error. It can be a temporary caching issue, JavaScript-related Errors, or Firewall Blocked Access to the file preventing it to save the data.
