Credits not showing and I upgraded to biz account

    Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please make sure you’ve logged in to the account that you’ve used to purchase Content AI credits.

    Once done, please head over to your Rank Math Account > Website or visit this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    Check if you can see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

    If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account again.

    After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
