Regarding the question about adding a website on your account, you can disconnect your account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and then simply disconnect the account by clicking on Disconnect Account.

Once youβve disconnected your Rank Math account, you can connect it again in the same settings. In order to connect your correct account, click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that youβve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case youβve multiple PRO licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

After that, you can see all your connected sites here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

Once you’re logged in to the correct account, please head over to your Rank Math > Account > Website or visit this URL:
https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/
Check if you are able to see the correct remaining credits. See my screenshot below for reference:

If the credit count is correct but not on your website, please head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.


After doing so, please head over to your Content AI and refresh the credits count again so the plugin will request the updated credits from our server and displays the correct one.
