After you’ve made the changes to the permalinks, please do these steps:
1. Make 301 redirects to the proper posts.
2. Re-create the sitemap and update GSC with the new sitemap details.

Can you please guide me what should I put in source and destination for below permalink structure, reason I am asking for bulk redirection because I have lot of posts which needs to be redirected to the new permalink structure.

Source: ([a-z]+)/([0-9]{4})/([0-9]{2})/([0-9]{2})/(.*)/(.*)
Match: Regex
Destination: your-url.com/$5
