Sitemap couldn’t fetch in Google Search Console

    Hi,
    I’m facing a sitemap fetching error in the google search console and it shows an error that it couldn’t fetch (check sensitive data files). Due to this error, my sitemap is not read by google from the las 8 days. message:

    “We encountered an error while trying to access your sitemap. Please ensure that your sitemap is present at the specified address and is not blocked by Google. See our Help Centre for more debugging help.
    Examples
    HTTP Error:
    403”

    I checked my sitemap and there was no error. In Short, there was no issue that I can fix.

    I also read your previous support tickets, and also try to use /?sitemap.xml and try all other possible solutions but the issue is still not resolved.
    Kindly help me to resolve this issue

    Hello,

    We checked your sitemap and seems that Googlebot is currently being blocked to access your sitemap. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

    We suggest you to get in touch with your hosting provider and make sure that Googlebot can access your sitemap.
