    The statistics doesn’t show up anymore since few days.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Let’s try deleting old imported data and start the fresh data fetch. Please follow these steps.

    1. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Tools & Status > Database Tools and click the Rebuild Index button

    2. Head over to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics tab, and click the Delete Data button and then click the Update Data Manually

    3. It will start the new data fetch from Google. You can reload the page to see the notice related to the import process.

    4. Once the process is complete. Please re-check the Analytics page and all the data should be showing up correctly.

    Can you please check if there is a pending Scheduled Action? To check this please head over to WordPress dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending or you can try visiting the following URL:

    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending
    

    Run the rank_math/analytics/data_fetch scheduled action and wait for the data fetch to complete.
    This is how it should look like:

    Once done, please allow Rank Math a while to fetch data from Google Analytics and see if that update the data on Rank Math Analytics dashboard.

    Don’t know if it’s normal or not.

    Where do you allow Rankmath to access Analytics datas ?

    Hello,

    If you have already clicked the run button in rank_math/analytics/data_fetch, the process will begin on your website upon doing the steps, and depending on the amount of data, it could take between 45 minutes to a couple of hours.

    Where do you allow Rankmath to access Analytics datas

    To allow Rank Math to fetch your Analytics data, that would be prompted upon connecting/reconnecting your website and accepting the permissions like in this screenshot

    I think there is a problem. There are always more and more tasks that are added to the queue like it will never end.

    Can you please check if the cron jobs are not working properly on your website?

    In order to fetch the data correctly and consistently, you need to have the cron jobs working and enabled in your installation. In this case, please try to install WP-Crontrol plugin and check if the cron jobs are working properly or not.

    If you see the cron jobs working properly on your site but data is not fetching, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    We checked your site and found that data is appearing but the issue you’re facing is because of the Gutenberg plugin on your site. We temporarily disabled that plugin and after that data was showing properly on your Analytics Dashboard. Please refer to the screenshot in the sensitive data section.

    You can also try to disable the Gutenberg plugin and check your Analytics Dashboard page. In order to resolve this issue, you can contact Gutenberg support.
