Hi,
we have on our website some old events which are showing on search engines. https://canarytrailevents.com/?upcoming-events=the-copthorne-races

when we search for Copthorne Races on google and bing, its pulling up last years race page instead of this years, https://canarytrailevents.com/?upcoming-events=the-copthorne-races-2

Is there a way of hiding old events from the search engines and make the current event the one for the search engines to trawl and display without switching the old versions of as we need these for the results.

In this case, you may need to set those old events/URLs to noindex since they are already indexed.
