I’ve checked your sitemap, and it is returning a white page.
In this case, please follow the steps below for initial troubleshooting:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Meanwhile, please use the URL inspection tool in your GSC account to ask Google for a manual indexing request (request indexing button).
You can also keep an eye on the coverage section of GSC to get notified if any issue or error shows up for the affected URLs:
