  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    1. From your screenshot, it seems that you’re checking the external link upon editing the post. Please note that it is added dynamically, which means that the attribute will be applied when the page is loaded.

Please share the affected URL so we can check the nofollow attribute.

    2. I’ve checked https://ferrum-body.ru/produktyi-dlya-pohudeniya.html, and there are indeed 6 internal links.

Regarding the post which shows 13 internal links, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    1. Information on the site has been updated. Do we understand correctly that now there is nofollow in the post for the link? https://c2n.me/4iaM7el.jpg https://ferrum-body.ru/zhim-shtangi-lezha-pod-uglom-vverh-v-trenazhere-smita.html

    2. for this post https://ferrum-body.ru/burpi.html 6 internal ones for the plugin https://c2n.me/4iaMaEm.jpg and there are 3 of them in fact. Yes, we can provide data through secure fields. Required?

    Hello,

I’ve tried checking the links on your site, but it seems that we’re getting blocked by your firewall

    Firewall

However, from your screenshot, the nofollow is already applied to the external link.

Regarding the internal links count, we may need to check this one over your WordPress admin dashboard. Please whitelist or open access to countries India, Portugal, and the Philippines to investigate this issue on your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Reinelle, good day!
The site should show up. Check, please. And once again check all 2 tasks. Yes, we will give access immediately after confirmation of performance on your part

    Hello,

The links are opening fine now.

    1. Yes, the external link is already set to nofollow like from your screenshot.

    2. Indeed, there are only 3 internal URLs in the link you have shared, but the screenshot you have provided shows 6/6.

In this case, we may need to get a closer look at the content AI feature to investigate.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Good day, India!
    How are you?
Added data. But not ftp. Please let me know if you need it too.
Articles https://ferrum-body.ru/burpi.html can be found at the link after logging you will immediately go to the editor. We use the classic (&action=edit&classic-editor) and we took screenshots from it. Here is another post with credits from AI https://ferrum-body.ru/giperekstenziya.html or https://ferrum-body.ru/produktyi-dlya-pohudeniya.html

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Upon further investigation, it seems that the image URLs are also getting included in the internal link test from the content AI, that’s why you’re seeing more than the actual internal links on the page since those are added as anchor tags.

I’ve added a screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference to check those as well.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Reinelle, We greet you
Screencast is clear. Not sure if this is normal? Is this how RM and AI intended it to be? After all, these are just internal images.
What is the conclusion? Everything is fine and this is not an AI error or is it a bug and will it be taken into account in the next plugin update?

    Hello,

The images on your site seem added to a gallery, where they can be clicked and open the other images too.

This is a technical issue with the way images have been set up on your site. The gallery feature applies the anchor tag <a href to your internal images, which makes them clickable, and our tests detect them as internal links.

In this case, you can get in touch with the gallery plugin developer to check the images as they have been added with an anchor tag on your site.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
Everything is understood. Can you just keep it in mind and ignore it? Isn’t that a mistake? Or does it affect SEO?

    Hello,

It doesn’t affect the SEO. Don’t worry.

We also received your email saying that you are satisfied with our support.

Let us know if you need help with anything else.
